another after-surgery update...

So I suppose I should update a little bit again although there’s not a lot to update about. A doctor’s appointment in Cleveland this week proved to be somewhat hopeful as we were told that there is still a chance for improvement since the peak for improvement is at the time of the 3-month post-op appointment. Since there has not been any improvement yet, I was encouraged to find out that there’s still a chance that I’ll get better whether that be complete healing or only partial healing. They stuck me on a couple of meds(only temporarily) in the hopes that they might help with any swelling or stiffness that could be remaining. I personally think there could be some stiffness, but any swelling must be under the skin near the incision site and is not noticeable. Unfortunately, the new meds conflict with my last-resort migraine med which is rather annoying to me since I’ve been having more headaches again recently. Anyways, the point of this update was just to talk about the doctor’s appointment and to satisfy the curiosity of those of you who actually read this. More later, I still haven’t slept “tonight” yet(even though it’s after 7am) and I’m tired so I’m going to go sleep hopefully and I’ll update on what all God’s been doing in my life a little later. Be praying that these next 2 months show improvement because after the 3-month-point it’s highly unlikely that things will improve. The 3-month appointment is right before school starts up again and it requires an MRI which I’m not looking forward to since the last one started up an insanely awful migraine which lasted several days. Anyways, the MRI will show them my progress on the inside as well as if they need to operate again. Ok well, more later. Keep praying because I really appreciate your prayers and definitely believe that God can still make me better.
